Manager to join our Real Estate practice.

You'll bring deep knowledge of taxation and extensive client-facing experience.

Our Tax team gives you the chance to build lasting relationships with

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing tax planning,

compliance, and consulting services tailored to their needs.

  • Stay current on industry trends, tax laws, and regulations so we can help

clients with forward-looking tax strategies.

  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of learning,

growth, and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • CPA or other relevant credential required.
  • Recent experience with a public accounting firm.
  • 10 or more years of federal tax consulting and/or compliance experience in

public accounting, with a focus on the Real Estate industry.

  • Deep knowledge of partnership taxation and understanding of real estate

ownership structures.

  • Experience with investment partnerships and real estate funds, including

complex allocations, waterfall structures, and tiered ownership.

  • Familiarity with real estate–specific tax strategies such as 1031 like-kind

exchanges, cost segregation and depreciation planning, passive activity

rules, and multistate tax (SALT) and property tax compliance.

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build

and maintain client relationships.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with tax software and technology.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Master's degree in Taxation preferred.
