  • Advise Finance, Procurement, and Operations on the tax implications of new vendors, contracts, intercompany arrangements, landlord/rental agreements, and cross-entity transactions.

Compliance, filing & payment

  • Prepare and submit all monthly returns (SPT Masa PPN; SPT Masa PPh 21/26; SPT Masa PPh Unifikasi covering PPh 23/26 and 4(2)) and the annual corporate return (SPT Tahunan PPh Badan) via Coretax DJP, accurately and before deadlines.
  • Generate billing codes, make tax payments via e-Billing, and maintain proof-of-payment (NTPN) records per entity.
  • Issue and manage output tax invoices (faktur pajak) and validate input tax invoices from vendors.
  • Issue withholding-tax slips (bukti potong / e-Bupot) and distribute them to counterparties.
  • Manage regional tax obligations (hotel/restaurant/PBJT/signage tax) across the cities where entities operate, accounting for differing local rules and rates (e.g., Jakarta vs. Bali).

Reconciliation & control

  • Perform monthly tax reconciliation/equalisation: PPN output vs. revenue, withholding vs. expense ledgers, and PPh vs. the financial statements.
  • Prepare the fiscal correction (koreksi fiskal) and supporting schedules for the annual corporate income tax.
  • Maintain a tax calendar, tracker, and per-entity documentation file; keep records audit-ready at all times.

  • Practical command of Coretax, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and e-Billing.
  • Strong working knowledge of PPN and PPh 21/23/26/4(2)/25/29; exposure to regional taxes; hospitality / property / multi-entity experience a clear plus.
  • Brevet A & B (Brevet C an advantage); advanced Excel.
  • Accurate, deadline-disciplined, and able to explain treatment clearly to non-tax colleagues — with the judgement to know when to escalate.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills with both internal and external parties.
