Responsibilities

Calculate liabilities and submit tax returns across various areas, including CIT, VAT, WHT, PIT, CFC, QI/QDD, and others, while preparing required tax documentation for authorities, clients, and contractors.

Sign selected tax returns and official correspondence addressed to tax authorities and business partners within authorized limits.

Identify, report, and maintain registers for Mandatory Disclosure Rules / Tax Schemes (MDR) as required by law.

Conduct complex tax research and provide technical advisory on strategic transactions, tax law interpretations, and applications.

Draft applications for individual tax rulings and participate in developing internal tax policies, procedures, and documentation.

Support tax audits, respond to official inquiries with technical expertise, and contribute to transfer pricing compliance and documentation across the Capital Group.

Track changes in tax legislation, assess their potential impact on the organization's tax positions, and update internal procedures accordingly.

Guide and support Accounting and Payroll teams in tax law interpretation, and mentor Junior Tax Specialists to foster technical growth.

Requirements

  • Certified Tax Advisor licence or currently in the process of obtaining it.
  • Deep knowledge of tax regulations, including CIT, VAT, WHT, CFC, and Transfer Pricing.

Proven track record in preparing tax returns, conducting technical tax analyses, and applying tax law. Proficiency in using standard tax software and systems.

Advanced written and spoken English in a business and tax context.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented mindset.

Professional technical judgment and sound decision-making capabilities.

Clear communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under deadlines.
