If you have a successful experience in transfer pricing management and are looking for a new and exciting challenge in an international environment, our position as Senior Transfer Pricing Officer is made for you!

Based at our offices in Katowice but directly reporting to the Head of Transfer Pricing of the Aperam Group, your mission will be to ensure compliance with OECD transfer pricing guidelines and local Transfer Pricing regulations and to support transfer pricing driven projects related to business restructurings.

  • Your main focus shall be on the support of the Global Transfer Pricing Function in close cooperation with other corporate departments
  • You will maintain, develop, improve and implement Aperam Transfer Pricing Documentation (e.g. Aperam Transfer Pricing Policy, CbCR, Master File, local files, etc) for all types of intercompany transactions ensuring it meets OECD requirements and local countries legislation
  • You will give support in Transfer Pricing projects related to business restructuring, finance, intangibles and M&A and will review existing business models
  • You will take the lead in case of transfer pricing controversy and support subsidiaries (country tax managers, CFO, finance directors) in Transfer Pricing audit
  • You will assist in drafting, following up and archiving intra group agreements
  • You will support the improvement of Aperam Transfer Pricing processes / automation from data collection to the finalization of Transfer Pricing documentation
  • You will carry out functional and economic analyses to support the Transfer Pricing policies of the group
  • You will carry out interest rate benchmarks
  • You will be in charge of corporate reporting obligations related in particular to Transfer Pricing

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • You have between 5-10 years experience in big4, a major Tax consulting firm or the tax department of a MNE
  • Ideally graduated from University in Economics, Accounting, Finance and/or legal
  • Fluency in English. Other languages (e.g. French, German, Dutch, Portuguese) will be an added advantage
  • You have analytical and critical skills, you are result oriented
  • You have the experience of a cross-cultural environment and you enjoy it
  • Knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing guidelines and excel is required
  • You have Health & Safety as one of the core values for yourself
