From the employerTax Specialist will cover International Tax topics such as Transfer Pricing, Pillar II requirements, Branches accounting and Audit (...) and will report to the Tax Manager.
**Task responsibilities**
- Support tax incentive and tax credit processes, including the identification of eligible projects, preparation of applications, and annual claim submissions.
- Support branch accounting, tax, and audit activities for foreign branches, including financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance monitoring, and coordination with local finance teams and external auditors.
- Participate in OECD Pillar Two compliance activities, including calculations, documentation, reporting, and coordination with external advisors.
- Support Transfer Pricing activities, including intercompany agreements, documentation, Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), benchmarking studies, and tax audits.
- Support corporate income tax filing and compliance processes.
- Work closely with Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Operational teams on tax-related matters and support the Tax Manager and Assistant Tax Manager on day-to-day activities and projects.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and tax reporting enhancements.
- Conduct tax research and assess the impact of business changes, regulatory developments, and tax law updates.
- Support tax risk management, internal controls, and tax planning initiatives while promoting tax awareness and compliance across the organization.
**Essential Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Economics, or a related field.
- Approximately 3 to 5 years of professional experience in International Tax, Transfer Pricing, or Tax Compliance.
- Strong understanding of corporate income tax principles and international taxation.
- Exposure to Pillar Two, Transfer Pricing and OECD guidelines.
- Experience working with external auditors and tax advisors.
- Experience with multi-jurisdictional tax compliance.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Professional tax qualification or certification.
- Experience in a multinational environment.
- Knowledge of Luxembourg tax regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
