Job Description

• **Handle a set of accounting** including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivables, inventories and general ledger
• **Summarise current financial status** by preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports including deep-dive on variance analysis
• **Prepare and record journal entries**, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards
• Conduct month-end and year-end close process activities
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of **audit schedules and reconciliations**
• **Substantiates financial transactions** by collating and reviewing supporting documents
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
• **Reconciles financial discrepancies** by collecting and analysing account information
• **Monitor cash balances** to ensure sufficient funds for operational needs
• Assist in other ad-hoc queries to support the daily business tasks
• **Assist the Accounting Manager** in audit and other accounting related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation, with proven experience in handling a full set of accounts.
• Experience in audit (external and/or internal audit) is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for working with numbers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to proactively collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
• High willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
• Result-oriented with strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
• Self-driven and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working in an unstructured environment where continuous learning, experimentation, and adaptability are essential to support business growth.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience using ERP systems, preferably Oracle NetSuite, is an advantage.
• Able to leverage AI tools and technology to improve productivity, streamline accounting processes, and enhance work quality.
