MANAGER, TAX The Tax Sr. Manager will work closely with the Director, Tax, various projects, including cost segregation and fixed assets. The Sr.
Tax Manager will identify, manage, and facilitate all aspects of the company’s various tax planning projects, including cost segregation, fixed assets depreciation, tax credits, including planning, compliance, coordination with external tax consultants, staying up to date on legislation, coordination with various departments within the company, and various other responsibilities.

CPA Knowledge of engineering or sustainability projects Understanding of fixed assets depreciation methods Understanding of Inflation Reduction Act and CHIPS Act, as well as Section 41 R&D Credits

Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively as well as independently ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: This position is based in Austin, TX, and requires being onsite full-time – hybrid and remote work will not be considered Willing to work extended hours as necessary Frequent travel ITAR REQUIREMENTS: To conform to U. S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.
S. citizen or national, (ii) U. S.
lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U. S. C.
§ 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U. S. C.
§ 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U. S. Department of State.
