Sr. Tax Accountant

**Position Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented tax professional with **8+ years of public accounting experience** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax preparation, tax planning, and client relationship management, along with the ability to manage multiple complex projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with both junior and senior team members in a fast-paced environment. A **Licensed CPA is preferred**, and candidates must successfully pass a background check.

**Qualifications:**

• 8+ years of experience in public accounting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Excellent project management and time management skills
• Strong technical tax knowledge and research skills
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Flexible, adaptable, and works well in a team environment
• Licensed CPA preferred
• Must successfully pass a background check

**Position Responsibilities:**

• Prepare **Individual, Corporate, Partnership, Estate, and Trust tax returns**
• Perform detailed tax research and provide recommendations on tax matters
• Interact and collaborate with junior and senior-level staff on client engagements
• Maintain high-quality work standards while meeting deadlines
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding tax planning and compliance matters
• Assist in mentoring junior staff and supporting team development
• Manage multiple client projects with accuracy and efficiency
