As a Sr Tax Analyst here at Honeywell, you will support tax compliance and planning, Mergers and acquisitions, conduct research, and ensure regulatory compliance. Optimize strategies and minimize risks for financial health. You will report directly to our Senior Tax Manager and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

As a **Sr Tax Analyst** here at Honeywell, you will report directly to our **Senior Tax Manager** and you’ll work out of our **Charlotte, NC** location on a **Hybrid** work schedule. You will play a crucial role in supporting our Mergers and acquisitions, tax compliance and planning activities. You will be responsible for supporting all Mergers and acquisitions from a tax perspective, conducting tax research, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. Your expertise will help optimize our tax strategies and minimize risks, contributing to the overall financial health of the company.

In this role, you will impact the company's tax position by ensuring active involvement in all mergers and acquisitions projects from start to finish, identifying tax-saving opportunities, and providing valuable insights on tax-related matters. Your work will help Honeywell maintain compliance with tax laws and regulations, avoid penalties, and support strategic business decisions.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Mergers and Acquisitions
  • CPA or equivalent certification
  • Experience with tax software and ERP systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
