Job Requisition #: 034418 State Income Tax Analyst II (Open) Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced State Income Tax Analysis II to join our dynamic tax team.

The ideal candidate will be an integral part of our domestic income tax compliance team. This role will provide support for other areas such as Tax Reporting and the related Accounting for Income Taxes (ASC 740). This position offers excellent opportunity and career development for the tax professional.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare multi-state unitary and separate income tax returns Prepare required state tax return statements, elections, and disclosures Assist in preparation of federal proforma returns and adjustments Assist in preparation supporting documentation and workpapers for state and federal tax adjustments Prepare estimated state income tax payments Assist in the preparation of state income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740.

###duties### as assigned Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA or MST certification preferred 3-5 years of Corporate Income Tax

###experience### with a US multin tional corporation, or Public Accounting

###experience### is a must. Knowledge and Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with tax preparation software, preferably Corptax.

Strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills. Attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.

Compensation Range: The pay range for this position is $71,000.

00 - $121,000. 00 annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $90,000.

00 to $100,000. 00 annually. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.

The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
