Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The jobholder supports all the accounting duties with primarily focusing on

Helicopters entities. Entities in scope have production and engineering facility

which needs cost accounting as well. Reporting to Head of Accounting is

performed in English and Japanese. Ultimate reporting line is headquarters in

France. Japan is one of key entities within APAC region and frequent

correspondence with HQ or region. This is great opportunity to work with large

multinational group.  Actual responsibility will be determined or expanded per

interview.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

THE JOB HOLDER IS MAINLY INVOLVED IN THE FOLLOWING DUTIES (BUT NOT LIMITED):

  • TAX(MAIN)
  • Take care all the tax matters by coordinating with regional TAX manager and

tax advisors relating to  corporate tax, VAT, enterprise tax, etc

  • TP analysis & monitoring working with external consultants
  • Deal with tax audit
  • Accounting
  • Prepare and assist review P&L, BS, and Cash flow for the company in accurate

and timely manner (IFRS & JGAAP)

  • Support of preparing reporting package and submit to headquarter on time,

with analysis of gap between OP/FCST/Previous Month & Year.

  • Settlement of I/C transaction and fund arrangement with group companies
  • B/S clean up, A/R, bank reconciliation and lead other ad-hoc projects
  • AUDIT & INTERNAL CONTROL/COMPLIANCE
  • Support all external & internal audit with monitoring adequate level of

internal control all the time

  • Update accounting policy and procedure if necessary
  • STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
  • Interface with headquarter on all questions related to all finance and

control (depend upon candidate’s expectation)

  • Assist external & internal audit coordinating with other Finance team members

and other departments

  • Business partnering for other departments

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Finance & accounting background at least 5 years
  • Understanding of Japanese accounting standard and preferably IFRS
  • Inter-personal skill
  • Native Japanese and business level English
  • Ability to work fairly autonomously and call for ad hoc support from

management in case of difficulties

  • CPA, tax certificate, or accounting firm background is huge plus
  • Experience of multi-national company is plus
