Within the Finance & Accounting Department, you will be performing a number of core tasks to enable the full Finance & Accounting organization, including being responsible for end-to-end execution of business processes, process communication, deployment as well as continual improvements to our processes.

Job Responsibilities: • Prepare manual journal entries, calculate and post accruals, reconcile warehouse book & general ledger balances, oversight tax compliance & tax reporting, assist in the preparation of financial statements, submission of reconciled and quality tax reports. • Own and reconcile Affiliate general ledger balances. • Participate in Statutory & Tax Certificate Audits.

• My Data reconciliation for revenues and expenses submission. • Ensure proper archiving and supporting documentation in place. • Actively involved in accounting system upgrades, accounting process changes, and business projects.

• Strong collaboration with affiliated service centers. • Reach, involve, consult, and conclude with PG Greece Country Comptroller in case of need. What we will offer you?

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. Prior working

experience

in the fields of Accounting, preferably in a Multi-National Company or an Audit Company. Accounting License A will be considered a plus. Knowledge of Greek Accounting, General Ledger, Warehouse Book, Financial Statements preparation, tax reporting and submission process as well as understanding of import/export and Intra-Community transactions, My Data.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Additional digital tools/apps knowledge is a plus. Great Command of Greek and English languages.

Strong Communication, Leadership, Ownership and Partnership skills.
