about the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tax Analyst to support the day-to-day operations of the Tax team. This role is responsible for coordinating tax payments, supporting tax compliance and administration activities, and assisting with a range of operational and basic technical tax matters. The successful candidate will work closely with tax team, finance teams, external advisors, and tax authorities to help ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of tax obligations.

What you will deliver Coordinate and facilitate timely and accurate processing of tax payments across multiple jurisdictions. Support withholding tax (WHT) compliance and payment processes, including preparation of payment documentation, tracking deadlines, and maintaining supporting records. Assist with payroll tax compliance activities, including coordinating data requests, preparing supporting schedules, and liaising with payroll and external advisors.

Support the preparation and review of basic tax computations, tax reconciliations, and compliance-related schedules. Assist in the management of tax notices, assessments, correspondence, and information requests from tax authorities. Maintain tax records, compliance trackers, and document repositories to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Liaise with internal stakeholders, finance teams, external advisors, and tax authorities on operational and compliance matters. Monitor key tax compliance deadlines and follow up on outstanding actions to support timely completion of obligations. Provide support for tax audits, governance initiatives, and tax-related projects.

Contribute to process improvements and the enhancement of tax operational controls and procedures.

Experience
