- specializes in mission critical software and service solutions for the Public Sector, Healthcare, Utilities, Private Sector and Insurance markets globally.. Job Description: Reporting to the Director, US Tax, this role is responsible for U. S.

tax compliance and tax accounting for the US operations within the organization.

###Responsibilities### Prepare U. S. Federal and State corporate income tax returns and related working papers Prepare U.

S. Federal and State tax extensions and instalment calculations, and coordinate payments to relevant tax authorities Prepare all required U. S.

tax compliance forms for foreign entities, such as Forms 5471s, 5472s, 1120Fs as well as calculations for GILTI and FDII Prepare the quarterly and annual US income tax provision under IFRS including preparation of account reconciliations for US income tax accounts Correspond with various U. S.

###duties### and projects as assigned by the Director, US Tax, including ad-hoc research and analytics as required for U.S. operations Assist with Purchase Price Allocations and drafting Forms 8594 and 8883

###Skills### and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2 years of relevant tax-related

###experience### Skilled in US income tax software (OneSource) Strong computer and data analysis

###skills### including intermediate Excel

###skills### (using pivot tables, basic charts/formula) Works well under pressure with multiple concurrent deadlines Comfortable with or enthusiastically willing to learn new technology platforms Exciting
