Tax Analyst I
Role description
From the employerIt's fun to work in a company where people truly believe in what they are doing! Act in the company's fiscal operation processes, issue invoices, bookkeeping, meet customers and suppliers for fiscal alignments and follow-up. Analyze and check taxes with the outsourced company.
Act with the manager and the financial team to closely monitor the fiscal and tax obligations. Analyze fiscal taxation and existing agreements for commercialized items and clients of the company, together with the outsourced provider responsible for the fiscal and accounting management of the company. Issuing of guides for collection of ICMS Difal/ST (GNRE).
Issue various invoices (including import and export invoices, remittances for processing - outsourcing). Check withholdings and register incoming invoices and invoices in the ERP (including return invoices for processing - outsourcing), ensure that the incoming invoices are in accordance with the purchase order of the material. Verify material related documents (reports, cover notes, correction letters, XML file), request supplier to send them when documents are pending.
Analyze and check fixed assets invoices (ensuring the activation according to the legislation) Check fiscal books and reconciliation of tax accounts ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, IR, CSLL, in the ERPs system. Responsible for the electronic and physical filing, according to current legislation. Generate and manage reports in the system.
