###Duties### and Responsibilities): Assist with the preparation of the quarterly and annual income tax provision under ASC740 Prepare federal income tax returns and state corporate income tax returns and related workpapers Prepare book to tax adjustments and reconcile deferred tax balances for temporary differences Reconcile tax accounts and other computations as needed to support the tax provision Assist with preparation of apportionment data and calculations for state filings Assist with preparation of responses for audit information requests and notices Research tax laws related to federal and state tax matters Assist with special projects as needed Ability to organize and prioritize daily work
