Location: Chennai - Onsite/Hybrid/Remote
Shift Timing: 8.00PM - 5.00AM IST (US Pacific Time)
Engagement Type: Full Time
**Experience Level - 3-5yrs**
**Job Description:**
- Prepare and review US federal, state, and local tax returns.
- Assist in the preparation of corporate income tax, sales & use tax, franchise tax, and property tax filings.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax returns in accordance with statutory deadlines.
- Maintain compliance with applicable US tax laws and regulations.
- Prepare tax provisions and supporting schedules.
- Reconcile tax-related general ledger accounts.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Analyze tax accounts and investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare tax work-papers and supporting documentation.
- Perform quality reviews of tax deliverables.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.
- Knowledge of Corporate Tax, Sales & Use Tax, and Withholding Tax.
