We advise leading multinationals and sophisticated privately held groups on high-profile, technically challenging matters, supporting them through every stage of revenue authority compliance—from risk reviews and audits to objections and appeals before the ART or courts.

Together, we’re building trust and shaping the future. What you’ll do: Manage taxpayer disputes involving revenue authorities and other government agencies. Prepare and manage responses to information requests and position papers, while engaging with revenue authorities on evidence and tax technical issues.

Collaborate with specialists across tax practices and industry teams to deliver integrated client solutions. Mentor and support junior team members as they develop their technical and professional skills. What we’re looking for: Strong experience in Australian tax law, with a proven ability to manage and resolve tax audits and disputes.

Confidence interpreting, critically analysing and applying the law with rigour and attention to detail. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues, clients, counsel and revenue authorities. An innovative mindset and the confidence to challenge conventional thinking.

A natural problem-solving style, with a genuine interest in delivering innovative outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
