How you’ll make an impact
- You will support domestic and international tax compliance by collecting and preparing tax data, supporting documentation and compliance schedules for VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Related Party Transaction (RPT) disclosures and Transfer Pricing Documentation (TPD).
- You will coordinate routine tax matters with business functions, finance teams, external auditors, tax advisors and Group Tax. Support the administration of tax-related documentation, including intra-group agreements, treaty benefit applications and other supporting documents.
- You will assist in preparing documentation and responding to information requests for tax inspections / audits, transfer pricing reviews and other tax authority inquiries.
- You will conduct research on routine tax matters and monitor tax regulatory developments. Prepare summaries and share relevant updates with the team.
- You will maintain tax-related data, compliance records and tax calculation and management tools, ensuring tax information is complete, accurate and up to date.
- You will assist in preparing tax training materials, internal guidance and communications to support tax awareness across the organization.
- You will provide administrative and analytical support for tax projects and perform other tasks assigned by Country Tax Manager.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
- Master’s degree or above in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related disciplines.
- 2–4 years of working experience in big 4 firms is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of PRC tax regulations. Exposure to transfer pricing or international taxation is an advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international working environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented, responsible and well organized, with strong execution skills and a high level of accuracy.
- Reliable, conscientious and eager to learn, with the ability to manage routine and execution-oriented work efficiently.
- Good communication, coordination and teamwork skills.
