From the employer**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely **annual Zakat returns**, in accordance with the latest **ZATCA guidelines and updates**.
- Ensure proper calculation and review of **monthly VAT and Withholding Tax (WHT) returns**.
- Coordinate, Prepare and Respond to **ZATCA audits and assessments**, including Zakat, VAT, and WHT inquiries.
- Coordinate and compile documentation for **Local Content audits**, and actively communicate with relevant **authorities, external auditors, and stakeholders** to ensure smooth execution and compliance.
- Handle **Transfer Pricing** requirements and ensure timely submission of related documentation in accordance with ZATCA regulations.
- Collaborate with internal, group holding and subsidiaries teams to ensure **accurate GL accounting** and reflect tax impacts on the financial statements.
- Participate in **month-end and year-end closing** activities, ensuring proper tax provisioning and reconciliations.
- Provide management with timely and accurate tax-related reports.
- Ensure ongoing **compliance with tax regulations** and company policies.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws, **IFRS, IAS**, and their application within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
**Qualifications & Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting**; professional qualification i.e. ACCA/ACA/CA/CPA is a **plus**.
- In-depth knowledge of **KSA tax regulations**, including Zakat, VAT, WHT and TP is a must.
- Minimum **5+ years of experience** in **accounting and taxation**, preferably in the **pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry**.
- Familiarity with **IFRS and IAS** standards.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in both **English and Arabic**.
