**Your duties and responsibilities:**

• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Managing tax services with numerous engagements running simultaneously
• Client billing
• Develop, coach and supervise team members
• Participate in firm growth and management
• Seek opportunities to expand learning
• Project management
• Business development
• Other duties as required

**Location/Flex options**

• Opportunity to work from Colorado Springs or Denver
• Some travel may be required with occasional work from home options
• Expected 40 hours per week with flexible start times

**To be a successful candidate, you will have:**

• Certified Public Accountant required.
• Minimum 5 – 10 years related experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated aptitude building client relationships and leadership ability
• Working knowledge of tax software and Microsoft Office programs

*The annual base salary range for this role is $100,000-$150,000. This range includes the anticipated low and high end the salary range for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on various factors, including experience, education and/or skill level.*
