The ideal candidate will join our dynamic tax M&A and advisory team, focusing on tax controversy and audit support, with opportunities to work on M&A tax and cross-border advisory projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage tax audits and disputes, including assessments, negotiations with tax authorities, and resolution strategies.
• Represent clients before the Thai Revenue Department and prepare related documentation.
• Advise clients on audit risks, compliance strategies, and dispute resolution.
• Research evolving tax laws and provide strategic tax advice.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff on audit procedures and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with clients, tax authorities, and stakeholders.
• Support various tax advisory projects:
• M&A due diligence and structuring
• Business reorganizations
• Corporate and individual tax planning
• Domestic and cross-border transactions
• Tax health checks and other projects related to pre–self-assessment tax compliance
• Assist Partners and Directors with project management, marketing, and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Law, or Economics (post-graduate degree or CPA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of tax experience in an international firm or in-house role.
• Strong knowledge of Thai tax laws, double tax treaties, and Revenue Department rulings.
• Excellent English communication and MS Office skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
