**Position Overview**

We are seeking an experienced **Tax Manager** with **7+ years of public accounting experience** to join our team. This role will focus on working with **high-net-worth clients and complex tax returns**, while also reviewing staff work and delivering strategic tax planning.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Prepare and review complex federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and entities
• Review returns prepared by staff; provide feedback, mentorship, and training
• Provide **year-round tax planning** and advisory services
• Calculate and project **current-year estimated tax liabilities**
• Work with high-net-worth individuals and businesses on complex tax matters
• Communicate directly with clients to gather information and address tax inquiries
• Ensure compliance with IRS and state regulations

**Qualifications**

• **7+ years of tax experience in public accounting**
• **Active CPA license (required)**
• Strong experience with **high-net-worth clients and complex returns**
• Deep knowledge of federal and state tax laws
• Experience reviewing staff work and managing deadlines
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills

**Compensation & Benefits**

• **Salary:** $100,000 – $125,000 (based on experience)
