**Job Title: Tax Manager (On-site, full-time)**

**Job Location: Rijswijk, Netherlands**

**Main Responsibilities:**

  • Supporting/handling the responsible countries’ (Belgium and Luxembourg) tax affairs
  • Draft all relevant calculations and tax filings (VAT,CIT,WHT, etc.) and ensure that all the

tax obligations are met

  • Managing the cooperation with the company's external tax advisors
  • Assuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and other requirements which involves

updating and optimizing internal procedures and manuals

  • Maintain the Transfer Pricing framework, including supporting with all documentation

requirements based on local legislation as well as OECD guidelines, such as Local files

etc.

  • Supporting tax audits when they may arise and manage tax risks.
  • Preparing tax calculations for financial reporting purposes
  • Contract review (tax clauses) and solution advise for the business team
  • Supporting regional tax team to enhance the workflow and operation mechanism

**Requirements:**

  • At least 2 years of experience as tax advisor or in-house tax professional.
  • Degree in Tax Law, Tax Economics.
  • Solid knowledge in VAT, CIT and transfer pricing. Belgium tax experience is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. French, Dutch or Chinese

would be plus

  • Business sense and entrepreneurship, hands-on mentality
  • Demonstrate strong commitment, perseverance and self-initiative
  • Highly structured mind, organized and able to plan
  • High flexibility and being able to manage multiple tasks, being target oriente
