Position Summary

The Tax Manager is responsible for supporting a broad range of corporate tax functions, including tax provision, compliance, and planning. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with federal, state, and international tax regulations, and supporting strategic tax initiatives.

Responsibilities

Manage and/or assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740, including related financial reporting

requirements

Prepare and review reconciliations of tax-related general ledger accounts Oversee and coordinate the preparation of U. S.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline 5–8 years of relevant tax

experience

preferred or a mix of public and private) Strong knowledge of U.S. corporate tax principles Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to research tax laws and apply sound judgment to reach well-reasoned conclusions Preferred

Qualifications

CPA certification strongly preferred

Experience

with ASC 740 tax provision processes and reporting General understanding of international tax concepts Demonstrated project and program management

skills

Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and organizational

skills
