About the Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Tax Manager to join Lendlease on a 15-month fixed term contract basis. The Tax function partners with the business to deliver strategic tax advice, manage tax risk and outcomes, and ensure compliance with the Group’s global tax obligations. This role supports our business segments while helping manage the Group’s tax technology and outsourced operating model to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Your key responsibilities will include: Providing Australian corporate tax advice to business segments and support transactions, forecasting and tax reporting. Partnering with Finance, business stakeholders and external advisors to deliver commercial and compliant tax outcomes. Supporting tax technology initiatives, including automation, data governance, and tax reporting enhancements.
Managing the Group's outsourced tax compliance model, including oversight of BPO providers and review of key tax deliverables. Reviewing tax provisions, statutory tax disclosures, income tax returns. Assisting with the implementation and ongoing compliance requirements of the OECD Pillar Two regime.
Supporting transfer pricing governance and cross-border capital management initiatives. Managing interactions with revenue authorities on assurance reviews and information requests. Driving continuous improvement in tax processes, controls and ways of working.
About You: Experience in corporate tax within relevant multinational organisation or professional services environment. Post graduate accounting or tax qualification from Australia or an equivalent international jurisdiction. Strong tax accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
Experience working with outsourced compliance delivery models and stakeholder management. Exposure to tax technology, automation or transformation initiatives. Strong analytical, communication and influencing skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes. Commercially minded professional and a collaborative approach to achieving shared outcomes.
