From the employer**What You’ll Do**
- Serve as a key liaison between senior managers, partners, clients, and staff throughout all phases of engagements
- Prepare and review Forms 990, 990‑T, and related state returns
- Support joint cost allocations and tax‑exempt compliance matters
- Advise clients on tax‑exempt status and regulatory considerations
- Identify and evaluate unrelated business income tax (UBIT), including planning and exposure reviews
- Assist with the formation of taxable and non‑taxable subsidiaries
- Support planned giving strategies and advisory services
- Monitor and interpret legislative changes impacting not‑for‑profit organizations
- Conduct excess benefit transaction studies
- Contribute to staff development by coaching, mentoring, and sharing technical knowledge
- Participate in new client business development and relationship building

**What You Bring**
- Strong technical and analytical skills in not‑for‑profit taxation
- Ability to manage deadlines and meet time constraints in a fast‑paced environment

- 5+ years of experience in public accounting, tax consulting, or similar, with a focus on not‑for‑profit clients
- 3+ years of direct not‑for‑profit tax experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Active CPA license
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and tax preparation software
**Pay**
- The anticipated hiring range for this position is $108,600-$141,200 and is dependent on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
