**ROLE** : TAX MANAGER / SENIOR MANAGER / DIRECTOR

**Location**: Phoenix, Arizona (Hybrid -Onsite Peak Season)

**Compensation**: $90,000 - $160,000 + Bonus & Benefits

**Responsibilities**

  • Lead tax compliance and planning for businesses and high-net-worth individuals
  • Manage client relationships and mentor junior staff
  • Review complex tax returns — Forms 1120, 1065, 1040, 1041, 990

**Qualifications**

  • 10+ years progressive public accounting experience
  • CPA preferred but not required
