Position Overview
We are seeking a Tax Partner to lead a high-performing tax practice focused on complex partnership taxation, personal and business tax planning, and client advisory services for middle-market and large pass-through clients, with the opportunity to expand service capabilities and strengthen market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage tax engagements for partnership, corporate, and individual clients.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering high-quality technical guidance and strategic tax planning.
- Support and develop managers and staff through coaching, mentoring, and team leadership.
- Expand the practice by leveraging existing relationships and developing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with other firm leaders to enhance service offerings and client experience.
- Provide oversight on complex partnership tax matters, including RECON experience (a plus).
- Uphold firm values through exceptional service, integrity, and client stewardship.
Qualifications
- Active CPA license required.
- Extensive experience with complex partnership tax law.
- RECON experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated excellence in client service and engagement execution.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and staff development capabilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with partners and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
