We are actively seeking a Tax & Regulatory Onboarding Administrator. The Role

reports into the Project Management Office (PMO) within the Global Services

Delivery (GSD) organization. Qualified candidates can work remotely, preferred

location is near Kuala Lumpur (KL).

Position Summary

  • The Tax & Regulatory Onboarding Administrator is a client‑facing administrative
  • role that supports the onboarding of Tax & Regulatory services. The role serves
  • as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication,
  • accurate documentation, and coordinated onboarding activities. This position
  • requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to
  • operate effectively in a regulated, process‑driven environment.
  • Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Global Client Onboarding (GCO) and the Global Product

Delivery (GPD) teams, serving as a client‑facing administrative liaison for

Tax & Regulatory onboarding services.

  • During onboarding, act as the primary administrative point of contact for Tax

& Regulatory activities, coordinating communications, leading onboarding

calls, and facilitating the resolution of Tax & Regulatory–related issues

that may arise.

  • Introduce clients to the appropriate Rimini Street Tax & Regulatory regional

teams, ensuring a smooth transition through clear communication,

documentation, and handoff of required information.

  • Support the successful completion of the client’s Tax & Regulatory onboarding

experience by tracking deliverables, monitoring timelines, maintaining

onboarding documentation, and proactively escalating risks or issues.

  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records, including Tax & Regulatory

profiles, onboarding artifacts, correspondence, and deliverables in

designated systems.

  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of standard onboarding materials,

reports, summaries, and status updates for internal and external

stakeholders.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to the Tax &

Regulatory onboarding and delivery processes, including streamlining

workflows, enhancing reporting, and supporting automation of administrative

tasks.

  • Manage internal and external communications related to Tax & Regulatory

administration in a professional and client‑focused manner.

  • Handle confidential client and company information with discretion and in

compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a

related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.

  • Additional coursework or training in tax, compliance, regulatory affairs, or

business operations is a plus.

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or support role,

preferably within tax, regulatory, compliance, finance, legal, or

professional services environments.

  • Experience supporting cross‑functional teams and managing multiple concurrent

tasks or deadlines.

  • Prior experience in a client‑facing or stakeholder‑support role is preferred

but not required.

  • Familiarity with regulated environments or compliance‑driven processes is a

plus.

  • Experience working with enterprise systems, document repositories, or

ticketing/workflow tools is preferred.

Skills

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate

clearly and professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage

multiple tasks and priorities.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy when handling regulatory, compliance,

and client‑specific information.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including documentation

and status reporting.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and comfort working in

enterprise systems and document repositories.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and

professionalism.
