THE ROLE

  • We are seeking a Tax Reporting Manager to join our Global Tax function and lead
  • US income tax reporting for Nebius. This is a newly created position reflecting
  • the growth of our US operations and our commitment to building a best-in-class
  • tax organization. Based in the United States and reporting into the Tax
  • Reporting team in Amsterdam, the successful candidate will play a central role
  • in our quarterly and annual financial reporting processes, SEC disclosures, and
  • global tax compliance framework.
  • This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated tax professional to take
  • ownership of the US income tax reporting function at a high-growth, publicly
  • traded technology company, while gaining exposure to a complex international
  • structure — including GILTI, FDII, BEAT.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Prepare and review the US income tax provision on a quarterly and annual

basis in accordance with ASC 740.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Treasury, Legal on

transactions, restructurings, and strategic initiatives.

  • Analyze the US tax impact of international tax provisions, including GILTI,

Subpart F, FDII, BEAT, and foreign tax credits)

  • Analyze and monitor US tax implications on real estate investments (FIRPTA

rules, transfer taxes)

  • Design, implement, and maintain SOX-compliant internal controls over US

income tax reporting; manage interactions with the external auditors and

coordinate supporting documentation.

  • Oversee US federal and multi-state income tax compliance, including

multi-state apportionment schedules, in partnership with external advisors,

including the review of returns, estimated payments, and extensions.

  • Support on drafting and completing different US federal tax forms (for US and

non-US entities) and US tax registrations.

  • Monitor and assess the impact of new US and international tax legislation,

accounting standards, and regulatory guidance on the Company's tax position

and reporting obligations.

  • Monitor US WHT obligations and requirements (experience with US tax

treaties LOB provisions desirable)

  • Drive process improvement and automation initiatives across the tax reporting

function, leveraging NetSuite and tax provision technology.

We expect you to have

  • Master's degree in Taxation (MST) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive corporate income tax experience within a Big4

environment.

  • Strong technical knowledge of US federal and state income tax principles,

including international tax provisions (GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Subpart F, FTC).

  • Hands-on experience with ASC740 and SEC reporting for a publicly traded

company, including the preparation of tax-related disclosures.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, hands-on mentally and working autonomously

with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to

collaborate effectively across time zones and functions.

  • Ability to work effectively in a truly international organization with

stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions worldwide

It will be an added bonus if you have

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with ASC740 and SEC reporting for a publicly traded

company, including the preparation of tax-related disclosures.

  • Demonstrated experience with SOX controls and external audit processes.
  • Prior in-house experience at a US-listed multinational, ideally in the

technology or cloud infrastructure sector.

  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite and tax provision software.
  • Proficiency with data and automation tools.

Pay Transparency

We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages. Actual compensation

will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills,

qualifications, the level at which the candidate is hired, and geographic

location, consistent with applicable law.

Base Compensation Range

$111,900—$139,800 USD
