Tax Senior Associate

Your appointment as Tax Senior Associate shall be on a full time basis. This role works U.S. hours (PH Night Shift). As Tax Senior Associate you

shall perform the following functions

• Assist with the preparation of individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns under supervision
• Reconcile accounting records and supporting schedules used in tax preparation
• Gather, organize, and maintain client tax documents and electronic files in accordance with firm standards
• Enter and verify tax data accurately within tax preparation software and spreadsheets
• Review prior-year returns and workpapers to ensure consistency and completeness
• Support quarterly and annual accounting tasks that feed into tax compliance work
• Follow established procedures, checklists, and documentation requirements
• Identify missing or unclear information and escalate questions to senior team members as appropriate
• Communicate clearly with Philippines-based and U.S.-based team members to support timely completion of deliverables
• Participate in training and learning opportunities to build foundational tax and accounting knowledge
• Perform other duties and display flexibility to support team needs and deadlines as assigned by firm leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Assist with accounting, tax, or finance, with a willingness to learn U.S. tax concepts and processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numerical data and documentation
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort learning new software tools
• Good organizational and communication skills
