Tax Manager- Hybrid

Overview

• Location: Hybrid - Stuart, FL

Will consider candidates from Tampa and Boca Raton

Job Type: Direct Hire

Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card holder

The A.C. Coy Company is currently seeking candidates for a Tax Manager role. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of public accounting with several years supporting HNW clients. An active CPA is required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients and team members to provide tax planning, consultation, and compliance services
• Partner with upper management on client management, professional development, and business development activities

Supervise and mentor associate team members

Actively develop new clients and market the company's services

Participate in networking events and other events within the local community to foster client development

Qualifications

Education Required

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting or a related discipline
• active CPA or JD

Experience Required

4+ years of public accounting experience with a minimum of 2+ years supporting HNW clients as well as corporate, partnership, individual, trusts and estate planning

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Knowledge and proficiency with various accounting software

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both internal and external teams
