As a Tax Services - International Tax - Manager, you will provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on structuring their global tax positions.

Your work will involve analyzing international tax laws and regulations to develop strategies that optimize tax efficiency and minimize risks for multinational businesses. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards.

Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm.

In this role at PwC, you will be part of our Tax practice, where you will help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimize their tax positions.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing international tax laws and regulations to develop strategies that optimize tax efficiency for multinational businesses - Leading teams in structuring global tax positions and advising clients on tax planning and compliance - Managing client service accounts and driving engagement workstreams to deliver quality outcomes - Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their

skills

and performance in delivering client expectations - Developing and executing strategic plans for tax consulting projects, confirming successful planning, budgeting, and completion - Collaborating with leadership to maintain ownership of project quality, timelines, and deliverables - Utilizing analytical thinking to identify linkages and interactions within complex tax systems - Engaging in stakeholder discussions to address conflicts and provide solutions in challenging situations - Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to PwC tax and audit guidance and independence

- Embracing technology and innovation to enhance service delivery and encourage team adoption of new tools and practices What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 8 years of

experience
