**Role Overview**
As a Tax Supervisor, you’ll combine technical expertise, leadership potential, and client service excellence while working with firms that emphasize both professional advancement and personal well-being. In this role, you’ll oversee tax engagements, guide junior staff, and contribute to exceptional client service in a progressive, flexible environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and review tax compliance and planning projects for individuals and businesses.
- Collaborate with firm leaders on client service initiatives and tax advisory strategies.
- Supervise and mentor staff accountants, offering feedback, coaching, and professional development.
- Ensure adherence to professional standards and stay current with changing tax regulations.
- Leverage technology to communicate and collaborate seamlessly with clients and team members across locations.
- Foster strong client relationships through proactive support and consistent communication.
Requirements
- CPA license required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 2 years of recent public accounting experience with an emphasis in tax.
- Proven leadership skills with an interest in advancement toward Partner level.
- Solid technical tax knowledge with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
