Responsibilities
This temporary position is responsible for preparing, processing and reviewing accurate and timely client deliverables in support of internal teams and external filings, including governmental agencies. Specialists display strong organizational, technical and communication
skills
to execute work in accordance with quality and compliance standards while balancing multiple
responsibilities
and deadlines.
The role
requires consistent follow through, collaboration, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Process, create, edit, and format client deliverables (e. g.
, tax returns, extensions, etc.) including software setup, maintenance and delivery. Review, proofread, and validate deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and adherence to all applicable quality control and compliance standards.
Plan, prioritize, and manage work to meet client, internal and external deadlines, including proactive communication of status, timeliness and workflow questions. Follow through on commitments, identify issues and escalate appropriately to support timely and accurate delivery. Support special projects, seasonal tasks and other needs as assigned.
The successful candidate will have: High school diploma or GED required, high school diploma preferred.

Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location.
