Intermediate Conversational English What You Have International Trade Mexican Customs Laws: Comprehensive understanding of Mexican customs laws and international trade regulations. FTA: Proficiency in managing Free Trade Agreement (FTA) documentation is essential. Certifications & Programs: Fixed Assets, Record Keeping, OEA/CTPAT, Annex 24-30, Customs Audits, PROSEC, CO, Regla 8va, Formalities with Ministry of Economy such as Mill/Quality Certificates, SAT Audits, IMMEX, VAT Certification, Countervailing Duties.

Customs Regulations: The ability to stay updated with evolving regulations is vital for maintaining compliance Legal knowledge: Understanding of Mexican customs laws and international trade regulations.
