**WHAT YOU GET TO DO**

The Trade Compliance Analyst II is responsible for managing key trade compliance activities with a focus on valuation, supplier engagement, audit support, and process improvement. This role serves as a critical bridge between Trade Compliance, suppliers, and internal functions, ensuring accurate customs reporting, strong internal controls, and alignment with regulatory requirements.

**Essential Functions and Responsibilities** **:**

  • Perform Bill of Materials (BOM) analysis to validate declared values and identify risk areas
  • Support new product introductions (NPI) by ensuring proper setup of valuation, classification, and country of origin data
  • Identify and manage Post Summary Corrections (PSCs) and support post-entry audit activities
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs valuation regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with customs brokers and internal teams to ensure accurate and compliant entry filings
  • Address discrepancies and improve data flow between suppliers, brokers, and internal systems
  • Contribute to development and maintenance of internal procedures and compliance documentation
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce risk, and increase efficiency across trade operations
  • Support additional trade compliance programs as assigned

**WHAT YOU HAVE**

  • 3–5+ years of trade compliance experience
  • Strong background in valuation and audit processes
  • Knowledge of HTS classification
  • Analytical mindset with detail orientation
  • Experience with import data and financial reconciliation

**Working Conditions and Environment** **:**

  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Passport or ability to obtain passport
  • Professional office etiquette is required at all times
  • Travel required 10%
  • Sitting for long periods of time, standing, walking, speaking, listening, reaching at arm’s length, and lifting up to 20 pounds
