Your Mission As a Trade Compliance Officer – Training & Communication, you will play a key role in developing a global training framework and communication strategy for Customs and Trade Compliance.

Responsibilities
Training & Development: Design, create, and maintain training materials; organize and conduct internal training sessions (virtual and in-person). Communication & Engagement: Develop communication materials such as newsletters, posts, and presentations to ensure clarity and engagement. Learning Management System (LMS): Oversee the administration and documentation of training activities within the LMS.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between departments, ensuring effective communication and knowledge-sharing.

Responsibilities
Supporting the Fresenius Kabi Risk & Compliance organization in the development of training and communication materials Develop and maintain global guidelines, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Design and analyze surveys to improve training effectiveness. Represent the Center of Excellence for Global Customs & Trade Compliance (CoE GCTC) in meetings, workshops, and external engagements.
Track and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
What You Bring
Degree in Educational Science, Communications, Media Design, or a related field – or equivalent
experience
in training and corporate communication. Strong IT affinity, with
experience
in LMS, e-learning tools, and digital content creation. Deep understanding of learning processes, corporate training methodologies, and digital learning formats.
Experience
in corporate communication, with a strategic mindset for driving engagement. Strong didactic understanding to design effective training programs. Project management experience, ideally in an international corporate environment.
Knowledge of customs and trade compliance is a plus. Fluent in German and English (written & spoken). Proficiency in MS Office (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint).
Your Strengths Outstanding organizational and presentation skills. Strong analytical mindset and structured, goal-oriented working style. Creative thinker with excellent conceptual and communication skills.
Team player with a high level of self-motivation and flexibility. Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple projects, and engage with stakeholders across cultures. Moderate willingness to travel internationally.
