JOB SUMMARY: Ensure that imports and exports are completed promptly and comply with current customs regulations. Process owner to certify the products that require NOMs compliance for importation.

Maintain import/export recordkeeping updated. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordination with the customs brokers, carriers, and internal customers to import-export Polaris products on time and comply with the import/export regulations. Monitor operation daily.

Internal compliance control program (Audits, Training, Processes implementation etc.) Review pedimento to ensure fields are filled correctly, and duties payment is correct. Review certificates of origin and apply preferential agreement correctly.

Assist internal customers’ inquiries regarding import/export issues. Ensure the import/export recordkeeping is correct and complete. Responsible for certifying products subject to compliance with NOMs for importation.

Perform internal NOMs audits. Elaborate and maintain SOPs updated. Support and implement improvement processes required in the department based on the company's needs.

Update current reports, imports, NOM etc. Keep direct communication with departments involved. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE International Trade Degree or similar.

Proactive attitude and a high degree of teamwork. NOMs knowledge. Strong desire to drive for results to the company.

Strong sense of integrity and compliance. Organized. Attention to detail.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Import / Export and Trade Compliance. Excellent organization, communication, and administrative skills, in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power BI. Strong sense of initiative with a passion for problem-solving and process improvement.
