Transactional Tax Attorney

Hill Ward Henderson, an AV-rated Tampa law firm, seeks a highly experienced **Transactional Tax Attorney** to join its Corporate and Tax Group.

Candidates should have substantial experience advising on the tax aspects of complex transactions, including **M&A, leveraged buyouts, restructurings, financings, private equity transactions, and equity investments**. Strong expertise in **U.S. federal income tax**, including partnership and corporate tax planning, is required.

The ideal candidate is a mid to senior level attorney with a **practical, business-oriented approach**. This position offers direct client responsibility and regular collaboration with deal teams. Preferred credentials include an **LL.M. in Taxation**, **CPA designation**, or experience at a large law firm or accounting firm.

No portable book of business is required. **Remote arrangements will be considered.** The position offers sophisticated work, immediate responsibility, **excellent compensation and benefits**, and a **partnership opportunity or clear path to partnership**, depending on experience.
