As a Transfer Pricing - Intern/Trainee, you will engage with clients to provide guidance on transfer pricing matters, helping businesses establish and maintain appropriate pricing for transactions between related entities. This role is within our Tax practice, where you will focus on providing advice and support to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy, assisting them in navigating complex tax regulations.

As an Intern, you will support teams and participate in projects, focusing on learning and gaining exposure to PwC practices. You will perform basic tasks and conduct research while observing professional work environments. You are encouraged to ask questions, take initiative, and produce quality work that adds value for our clients and contributes to our team’s success. During your time at the Firm, you will start to establish your personal brand, paving the way to more opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting teams in providing guidance on transfer pricing matters to clients
  • Participating in the analysis of financial data to establish appropriate pricing for transactions between related entities
  • Assisting in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation to maintain compliance with tax regulations
  • Conducting research on international taxation and Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) initiatives
  • Engaging in financial modeling and economic translation to support tax planning strategies
  • Collaborating with team members to address tax compliance and dispute resolution issues
  • Gathering and analyzing information from various sources to discern patterns and insights
  • Applying a learning mindset to develop personal and professional skills within the tax services field
  • Actively listening and asking questions to enhance understanding and contribute to team success
  • Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Economics, Accounting, Finance
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

  • Preference for a 3.3 overall GPA
  • Demonstrating knowledge in Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS)
  • Utilizing skills in Financial Modeling and Financial Statement Analysis
