**Location:**Rochester, NY office. \*Work where you do your best work. At Insero,
you can choose to be in the office daily or work in a hybrid schedule of up to 3
remote days per week, depending on workload and office needs.

There is easyaccess to great restaurants and events, and featured amenities such ascollaboration spaces, game room and firm paid for underground parking in asecure garage. We also have comfortable break rooms fully stocked withcomplimentary drinks and snacks.**
**Responsibilities:**
The responsibilities and requirements
associated with the position include but are not limited to
- Preparation of Gift & Estate tax returns.
- Maintain financial records for use in preparation of tax
returns and fiduciary accounting.
- Preparation of Federal & State fiduciary income tax
returns for estates and trusts.
- Preparation of estate and gift tax projections for estate tax
planning purposes.
- Calculations of estate and gift tax savings attributable to implementation
of estate tax planning strategies.
- Calculations of charitable contribution deductions pertaining
to the funding Charitable Trusts and Foundations.
- Preparation of final individual income tax returns for
decedent.
- Preparation of tax returns for Charitable Split Interest
Trusts is a plus.
- Preparation of fiduciary accounting reports for Estates &
Trusts.
- Research of Federal and State income tax issues relating to
trusts and estates.
- Research of Federal and State gift and estate tax issues.

- Preparation of
personal income tax returns for grantors, trustees, and beneficiaries of trusts
and estates.
- Assisting manager
with responding to tax notices from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and
State Income Tax Authorities.
Requirements
**Educationand Experience**
A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a trust
and estate accountant along with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or
related degree required but may be overlooked for more formal work experience. Ideal tax experience servicing complex individuals / 1040 returns and
trust and estate returns. Ability to work both independently and as a
member of a team. Able to communicate effectively through both written
and oral communication. Have a professional demeanor with
excellent communication skills. Enjoy working with people and understand the
importance of nurturing and building the firm's clientele. Be ethical,
conscientious, detail oriented, and well organized.
**Salary Information:**
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share
that the base pay range for this position is $70,000 - $92,000
annually. Please keep in mind that this range is base pay only and does not
consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the
position such as eligibility to receive discretionary spot bonus incentives. This
range is a reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position.
Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not
limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and/or education and geographic
location. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the
top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the
capabilities and experience of the candidate. Incentives, if any, depend on
various factors, including, without limitation, individual and firm performance.
