Leading Retail Company in Somerset County is seeking a VP, Intercompany/Transfer Pricing Accounting.

Job Description

Leading Retail Company in Somerset County is seeking a VP, Intercompany/Transfer Pricing Accounting. The successful candidate will have experience supervising intercompany reconciliation processes and consolidation including accounting for loans and profit. Must also be able to interpret complex transactions and ensure GAAP compliance and taxing authority regulations are met.

Qualifications

BS Degree in Accounting/Finance and CPA certification are required, MBA highly preferred.

Must have excellent communication and 8+ years of relevant accounting experience.

Additional Information

**Salary: 180 - 200k + Bonus**
