**About the Role**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, accounting, payroll processing, taxation, compliance, audits, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing finance functions within a fast-paced IT/SaaS environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end-to-end accounting and financial operations.

• Handle payroll processing, salary disbursement, and related reconciliations.

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and financial analysis reports.

• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and accounting entries in Tally.

• Manage GST filings, GST reconciliations, and statutory compliance.

• Handle corporate tax compliance, TDS filings, and annual tax returns.

• Coordinate and support internal and external audits.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management.

• Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

• Work closely with management to provide financial insights for decision-making.

**Required Skills**

• Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, GST, Corporate Tax, and Compliance.

• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP.

• Expertise in MIS reporting and financial data analysis.

• Good understanding of payroll and salary processing.

• Experience handling audits and statutory compliances.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.

**Eligibility**

• B.Com / M.Com degree.

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.

• Experience in IT/SaaS/Technology companies preferred.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
