- PNC's Asset Management Group organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manages team of tax accountants charged with preparation of returns of
varying complexity in order to meet compliance needs. Completes all necessary
performance management tasks for the team, including account and performance
reviews, coaching and development planning.
- Oversees the completion of accurate tax returns by assigned team to operate
efficiently and minimize the tax obligations of the client. Oversees analysis
of financial documents and governing instruments to ensure appropriate tax
accounting is being performed.
- Keeps up to date with and informs team members on, tax regulations at the
federal, state, local and international levels.
- Coordinates, facilitates and resolves all taxing authority inquiries and
audits.
- Completes secondary and tertiary reviews of tax returns prepared by other
members of team.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+
years of industry-relevant experience. An operations or production environment
position typically requires 2 years of previous managerial experience. In lieu
of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific
certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
