###Job Description### We are seeking an ambitious tax professional to join our APAC tax team based in Singapore. This role will support the firm’s APAC-focused funds, with a responsibility balance between on APAC tax advisory/structuring and related tax compliance. The successful candidate will bring strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and a collaborative approach to managing tax risks and delivering strategic tax solutions across a diverse portfolio of investment vehicles.
###Responsibilities### Tax Advisory Provide tax structuring advice for fund launches, investments, realizations, and ongoing operations Advise on cross-border tax issues including withholding tax, tax treaty availability, permanent establishment risks, and indirect transfer tax implications Collaborate with legal, finance, and investment teams to assess tax impacts of transactions and business initiatives Contribute to global and regional tax planning initiatives to enhance tax efficiency and manage risk (e.
g. transfer pricing) Assist with providing internal training to boost tax awareness amongst investment professionals and other support teams Tax Compliance Manage annual tax compliance processes for Singapore tax-resident entities and other related APAC jurisdictions (where relevant), serving as a bridge between internal teams (e. g.
