You act as a global Tax expert, partnering with stakeholders across regions and functions. You will work in a highly international, cross-functional environment, influencing projects with real business impact. Make a difference as Tax Specialist In this role, you are responsible for strengthening tax compliance while proactively advising on global tax matters.

You operate at a tactical and operational level, with a strong focus on analysis, policy development, and stakeholder engagement.

###requirements### are met; Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects, providing tax advice and risk analyses Identify and drive process and technology improvements to increase tax efficiency Ensure that applicable tax incentives are awarded for the company such as R&D tax credits, innovation box and investments incentives; Working closely together with the business units, finance, legal department, tax authorities and external tax advisors; Support and manage other diverse tax projects on an ad hoc basis.

You will be part of the global tax function and report to the Global Tax Manager. You will closely collaborate with teams across Finance Operations, Business Control, Data & Analytics, and external advisors.

###What you bring### as a future colleague A Master’s relevant degree (e.g. Tax Law or Tax Economics) 6+ years of relevant

###experience### in international tax (corporate tax and/or VAT/GST) Solid knowledge of global tax compliance and regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving

###skills### Proven ability to advise stakeholders and translate complex topics into clear actions Excellent communication

###skills### in English (written and verbal) A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to operate in an international environment You are someone who takes ownership, enjoys working with complex topics, and has the confidence to advise and influence stakeholders. Your ability to balance detail with a broader strategic perspective makes you a valuable partner to the business.
