
Senior Associate, Family Office Tax

Are you a tax professional looking to deepen your expertise with some of the

As a Senior on our Family Office Tax team, you'll work with high-net-worth
individuals and families — preparing
complex individual, partnership, and trust returns with investment-heavy
structures. This isn't cookie-cutter compliance work. You'll gain hands-on
exposure to sophisticated tax issues and complexity that most
professionals don't see until much later in their career. If you're looking for

Tax Preparation, Review & Compliance
- Prepare complex individual (Form 1040), partnership (1065), and trust
(1041) tax returns
- Work on returns with complex investments including hedge funds, private
equity, and alternatives
- Assist with foreign reporting and international tax compliance as applicable
- Deliver high-quality work on time while upholding firm standards
Technical Growth
- Deepen your expertise in high net worth and family office tax matters
- Research and help resolve complex technical tax issues alongside experienced
team members
Client & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with managers and other team members on client engagements
- Begin mentoring staff-level team members on preparation and process
- Contribute to a team culture built on collaboration, learning, and shared
growth
WHO YOU ARE
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 3–6+ years of tax experience, preferably in public accounting or family
office environments
- Strong technical experience in high net worth taxation
- Hands-on experience with complex returns — individuals, partnerships, and
trusts
- Ability to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
Preferred Background
- Experience working with high net worth clients and complex investment
structures
- Exposure to alternative investments and foreign reporting
- Background in public accounting, high net worth, or family office tax

Estimated Base Range: $70,000 - $125,000*
*Base compensation offered to candidates are determined based on factors such as
candidate's relevant skillset, experience, licensure, and certifications, as
well as job responsibilities, geography, market considerations, and
