Job Responsibilities

El Analista Fiscal tiene la autoridad para

• Preparar y actualizar papeles de trabajo fiscales bajo la supervisión del

Especialista o Jefe inmediato.

• Solicitar información contable y administrativa necesaria para elaborar

cálculos fiscales.

• Registrar movimientos fiscales en SAP y realizar conciliaciones.
• Integrar evidencia documental requerida para auditorías y revisiones internas

o externas.

• Reportar desviaciones, inconsistencias o riesgos identificados en los

cálculos o procedimientos fiscales.

• Preparar cálculos fiscales, como determinaciones de IVA, DIOT, retenciones y

conciliaciones básicas, asegurando que la información sea precisa y esté

lista para revisión del Especialista o del líder del área.

• Integrar, organizar y mantener actualizada la documentación fiscal,

incluyendo papeles de trabajo, anexos, soportes y evidencia necesaria para

auditorías, declaraciones y obligaciones recurrentes.

• Registrar y conciliar movimientos fiscales en SAP, tales como IVA pagado, IVA

acreditable, ajustes fiscales y otros movimientos solicitados, asegurando

consistencia entre registros contables y fiscales.

• Preparar cálculos en la elaboración de declaraciones mensuales e

informativas, proporcionando datos, cifras, respaldos y verificando que la

información cumpla con los documentos aplicables del área (IVA, DIOT,

provisionales, retenciones, etc.).

• Monitorear vencimientos, alertar oportunamente riesgos de incumplimiento y

apoyar en actividades de los Sistemas de Gestión
